Here are the plots for atom count vs. Bit count. This is atom count vs. Daylight bit strings. This atom count vs. BCI bit strings and this is atom count vs. Unity bit string. We can see that there is a straight line cross the centre of the dots on each plot. For the upper part of the plot, those scattering dots are the compounds with many repeated fragments. These dots, nearly twenty of them, is a small number when compared to the bulk of data, around one thousand of them. So we can just neglect those at the top.
