As neighbors to your East our house faces driectly toward your observatory.

Does it offend us?

Not in the least. It didn't bother us in its `factory fresh' color and now we can hardly see it with its new camouflage.

In point of fact, when we returned from a trip and saw the new installation we considered it to be another example of what we find to be particularly appealling about Santa Fe - that is people pursuing disparate interests.

We are disappointed to find, as is shown by your troubles, that there are those in our neighborhood who apparently find so little in life to be of interest that they expend time, and effort, making your lives miserable and hope that you triumph in the `complaint resolution process'.

If there is anything which we can do to aid you in your efforts we would certainly like to do so and hope that you will let us know.
