Object Synopsis

conformation -- object representing a 3-D conformation (x,y,z coordinates)


A conformation object contains (x,y,z) triplets for each atom in a molecule or reaction. The conformation is based on the molecule or reaction, and is deallocated if the object is deallocated. Many conformation objects can exist simultaneously for a single molecule or reaction object.
